App Terms

Treadmilly is a mobile treadmill workout application owned and operated by Louis Cresci and Jan Staszewicz. In these App Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the owners of Treadmilly, and "you" refers to the person using the app.

Treadmilly helps you record treadmill workouts, including time, speed, grade, estimated distance, estimated calories, vertical distance, saved workout history, and optional heart-rate information when enabled.

Treadmilly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout metrics are estimates and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for exercising safely, following treadmill instructions, and stopping exercise if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort.

Some features require an account. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription entitlement status, while purchases are processed by the App Store. Free and Pro features may differ.

We are adding tools that allow you to request account deletion and download your data. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated synced workout history from active systems, subject to legal, security, payment, and backup retention requirements.
