Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Treadmilly. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

"Application" means Treadmilly. "Application Store" means the Apple App Store or another app marketplace where the app is distributed. "Company", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Louis Cresci and Jan Staszewicz. "Account" means your Treadmilly account. "Service" means the app and related services. "You" means the person using the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure. Supabase Auth provides authentication. You must not use another person's account or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Treadmilly is not a medical device. Workout metrics and recommendations are estimates and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and deciding whether you are physically able to use a treadmill or perform a workout.

Treadmilly may offer Pro plans that unlock additional saved-workout and sync features. Purchases are processed by the App Store, and RevenueCat is used to manage entitlement status. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds, billing, and cancellation rules are handled by Apple and applicable App Store terms.

Workout titles and workout data you create remain your data. You grant us the limited right to store, process, sync, display, and transmit that data as needed to provide Treadmilly, support account features, operate sync, and comply with your requests such as data export or deletion.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the app except where legally permitted, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We are adding features that allow you to request account deletion and download your data. Deleting an account may remove synced workout history and account data from active systems, while some records may remain temporarily in backups or where required for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Treadmilly, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Louis Cresci and Jan Staszewicz or their licensors. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

The app depends on third-party services including Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Apple Health. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policies, or processing outside our control.

We aim to provide reliable service, but Treadmilly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that synced or local data will never be lost or corrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

You may stop using Treadmilly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risks, or if required by law.

Your use of Treadmilly may be subject to local, national, and international laws. If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us through the support channel provided in the app or App Store listing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use of Treadmilly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
